Spiritual Deployment Kits (SDK) Now Available
The WELS Military Services Committee has developed a Spiritual Deployment Kit which consists of a pocket sized New Testament Bible with Psalms and Proverbs, 2 devotional boolets, “Shine like Stars” from Time Of Grace Ministries and “God Our Refuge” A letter from our National Civilian Chaplain, Pastor Paul Ziemer and contact informational cards for WELS Ministry to the Military and Time Of Grace Ministries.
These kits were developed with the deploying WELS military member in mind but, they are a wonderful resource for anyone who is away from home for extended periods of time. Students, business professionals, and even families of military members can benefit from the spiritually powerful and uplifting materials in these kits. Currently the Military Services Committee is making the kits available through Northwestern Publishing House at a cost of $5.00 per kit plus shipping and handling.It is our goal to make sure that every WELS military member receives one of these kits.
