Civilian Chaplaincy in Europe

 WELS has called a full time Chaplain to serve military and civilian personnel and their families stationed or living in Europe. His name is Pastor Joshua Martin. Pastor Martin lives in Spieshiem, Germany near Frankfurt and the Ramstein Air Force Base military community.  He serves four different congregations located in England, Germany, and Switzerland.
